It is about time for some new posts. It has been so long this program has changed and now I must relearn it. Well I am not sure it has changed as much as I have just forgotten how to use it!
I think the 100th anniversary of the Penryn Fire Dept. might be an interesting way to get back to the blog. Saturday I hope to be in Penryn for the town tours.

The house to the right in the background was where my dad, a senior former volunteer fireman, lived when he was growing up. It was a bakery before his father bought it.
* I must give credit to the Kensinger family for this little joke. Jed and Seth claimed their grandfather would say it everytime they went past a cemetary. It sounds so Kensinger-ish.
This is not actually in Penryn but close enough to Penryn Road. Who is that Milkmaid?
